I am back with news about OPERA 9.5 browser for Devices. Web browser software firm, Opera Software has released an updated SDK developer kit platform for handset developers. The release will include a new beta visual effects layer that will give users an emotionally heightened Web experience with fluid transitions, panning, zooming and interactivity.
