Sony and Yahoo have a license deal now, they reached a licensing deal that will let users upload music or video files.The deal also covers music video distribution through Sunnyvale-based
Yahoo (NASDAQ: YHOO) applications and widgets can be placed by users on
other Web sites. Sony BMG, a joint venture of Sony Corp. and Bertelsmann AG, reached a similar deal last year with Mountain View-based Google Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG) and its subsidiary YouTube Inc.
