Today, i am going to share some useful information about, the roles of Testing Lead and Manager. These two are the key players in the testing team, they will decide the criteria like:

1. Planning the scope of testing within the release?
2. How many skillful members are needed for the team?
3. Also defining the framework to meet the testing needs?
